A healthy chocolate cake, yes it’s true! I used no flour, butter or Sugar ( only natural sugars ). For the chocolate taste i used raw cacoa and Vivani organic chocolate, which contains pure natural ingredients.
Ingredients:
– 200 gram black beans
– 1,5 banana
– 2 tablespoons raw cacao
– 1 tablespoon greek yoghurt
– 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
– 20 gram organic chocolate 85 % cacao
– 2 egg Whites
– 0,5 dl milk ( i prefer soya milk or hazelnut milk )
– 10 almonds
– Organic cranberry marmalade ( You can also use strawberrie marmalade )
– Baking powder
– Clean the black beans in water and boil them for 2 minutes.
– Preheat the oven to 200 C
– Put the cacao, cinnamon, baking powder, greek yoghurt, milk, egg whites and the banana ( in pieces ) in the blender.
– When you boiled the black beans you can also put them in the blender, and mix everything to a smooth dough.
– put a little bit oil in a oven tray to not make it stick, and add the dough.
– Cut the chocolate and the almonds in small pieces and add the half to the dough.
– Put it now in the oven for 20 minutes.
– After that 20 minutes let the chocolate cake cool down on a plate.
Now we can start with the topping of the cake!
– Cut carfully the cake in two pieces with a big knife. ( See on the picture )
– Top the bottom with the cranberry marmalade.
– Put the other half of the cake on the cranberry marmalade.
– Top now the chocolate cake with a little bit of cranberry maramalade and the rest of the pieces almonds and chocolate.
