Deliciouse and healthy speculoos mugcake! It’s easy and quick to make. I love everything with speculoos taste!
Ingredients:
– 1 egg white
– 1/2 ripe banana
– 1 tablespoon speltflour ( Or another tipe of flour you prefer.)
– 1 tablespoon apple syrup ( without sugar )
– 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
– 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
– 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
– 1/2 tablespoon cake spices
– a little bit of baking powder
– 5 almonds
– Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and cake spices.
– Blend the 1/2 banana to a smooth dough and add all the ingredients except the almonds.
– Blend this all to a smooth dough and put it in a mug.
– Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes, and chop or blend in the meantime the almonds to small pieces.
– When your mugcake is ready, put it on a small plate and top it with the almond pieces.
