Insane for plantain, Lovely bread!

I’m quite new with plantains but I already love them! My family brought me some plantains because they didn’t know what to do with them! I hate to throw food away so I decided to do some research on the internet to see what is possible to do with this funny banana. I already fried them before but this time I wanted to do something else. I found this delicious plantain bread recipe everywhere on the internet and wanted to give it a try. And I can tell you, It is sooo good! I can’t wait to bake this again!!

Ingredients:
– 1 big ripe plantain
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon oil ( for the oven dish )

That’s how easy it is 😉 Only 2 ingredients to make a delicious bread, and it’s so easy!

You can combine plantain bread with a lot of products. You don’t need white sandwiches anymore, because here is the plantain bread! You can make sandwiches with hummus or guacamole or top it with whatever you like!

What to do:
– Preheat the oven to 200c
– Peel and cut the plantain in small pieces and put it in a blender with the eggs.
– Make a smooth dough
– Put some oil in an oven dish so it does not stick
– Put the dough in the oven dish and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. ( until slightly brown )

– Take the plantain bread out of the oven and cool for 5 minutes before you remove the bread.

– Put it on a plate, and make a delicious sandwich or top it with some toppings you like!

I love to eat it with a nut butter and extra banana! I decided to fried some extra plantain and top this on the plantain bread, but it’s also delicious to top it with normal banana slices or another type of fruit. I finished the bread with some tahin and bee pollen on the top. Yummie yummie 😀

Organic banana pops

This quick en easy banana pops are a sweet but healthy treat. Delicious and good looking on the table for a birtday, a healthy treat for kids or just as a evening snack.

What do you need?
– sticks
– 1 banana
– organic chocolate bar ( you can take every chocolate you like )

What to do?
– Peel the banana and cut the banana into slices
– Put the banana slices on a stick

– Put the chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave.
– Now you can dip the banana sticks in the melted chocalate.
– The bananasticks are still wet, so if you want you can cover of decorate them with whatever you like. You can choise for a healthy option nuts or coconut flakes, but you can also use sprinkles, granola or small M&M’s 🙂
– Put them in de frige for a while untill the chocolate is hard.

Organic banana chocolate dip

You don’t wan’t to eat unhealthy but you need something sweet? This snack is so delicious and very sweet. It only contains natural sugars! And it does not even take 5 minutes to prepare the whole snack!

You need:
– 1 banana (or more :))
– Organic chocolate

What to do?
– take two big pieces of chocolate and put them in a small bowl(microwavable).
– Peel the banana and cut the banana into pieces.
– Put the chocolate in the microwave untill all the chocolate is melted.
– Take a fork so you can dip the banana into the chocolate, enjoy 🙂
